Multi Purpose Sponge Mix Method

- Mixing Bowl
- Electric Mixer
- Baking Tin or Patty Pan Cases
- Oven
Ingredients
- 1 kg Bakels Multi Purpose Sponge Mix
- 460 ml Water
- 400 grams Eggs
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into mixing bowl
- Whisk together on low speed and scrape down
- Whisk on top speed for 6-8 minutes
- Then on second speed for 2 minutes
- Add mix to baking tin/patty pan cases
- Bake in oven at 160-180 degrees
