What you'll need
1kg Bakels Buttacake Mix
5 eggs (approx 50g each)
Let's do it!
- Place all ingredients into mixing bowl
- Beat on low speed for 1 minute & scrape down
- Beat on second speed for 10 minutes
- Deposit as required
- Bake at 180 degrees
Please note that when adding fruit to batter, use 50g of INTSTANT CLEARJEL.
This thickens the batter thereby preventing the fruit from sinking to the bottom!
