BAKELS Buttacake Method

What you'll need

1kg Bakels Buttacake Mix

450ml Water

5 eggs (approx 50g each)


Let's do it!

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl
  2. Beat on low speed for 1 minute & scrape down
  3. Beat on second speed for 10 minutes
  4. Deposit as required
  5. Bake at 180 degrees

Please note that when adding fruit to batter, use 50g of INTSTANT CLEARJEL.

This thickens the batter thereby preventing the fruit from sinking to the bottom!
