BAKELS Red Velvet Cake Method

What you'll need

1kg Bakels Red Velvet Cake Mix

270ml Water

175g eggs

140ml Vegetable Oil

Let's do it!

  1. Place the cake mix, water & eggs into a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend for 1 minute on low speed & scrape down.
  3. Mix for 2 minutes on top speed.
  4. Commence blending on second speed while adding the Vegetable oil.
  5. Mix for a total of 2 minutes, do not over-mix!
  6. Scale as desired.
  7. Bake at 140-160 degrees
