BAKELS White Mud Method

What you'll need

1kg Bakels Creme Cake Muffin Mix

5 eggs (approx. 60g each)

400ml Water

200ml Vegetable Oil

300g White Chocolate Melted

Let's do it!

  1. Place the cake mix, water & eggs into a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend for 1 minute on low speed & scrape down.
  3. Mix Vegetable oil into the melted chocolate.
  4. Blend on second speed for 2 minutes while pouring in chocolate & oil mix.
  5. Bake at 140-160 Degrees until golden on top and it springs back when pushed on top.
  6. Use a skewer to ensure its cooked through.
