Buttacake Mix Method

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Electric Mixer
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Bakels ButtaCake Mix
  • 5 Eggs (Approx 50grams each)
  • 450 ml Water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into mixing bowl
  • Beat on second speed for 10 minutes
  • Deposit as required
  • Bake at 180 degrees

Notes

N.B. Please note that when adding fruit to batter, use 50g
of INTSTANT CLEARJEL. This thickens the batter thereby
preventing the fruit from sinking to the bottom!
