Red Velvet Mix Method

Ingredients
- 1 kg Bakels Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 270 ml Water
- 175 grams Eggs
- 140 ml Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Place the cake mix, water & eggs into a mixing bowl.
- Blend for 1 minute on low speed & scrape down.
- Mix for 2 minutes on top speed.
- Commence blending on second speed while adding the Vegetable oil.
- Mix for a total of 2 minutes, do not over-mix!
- Scale as desired.
- Bake at 140-160 degrees
