White Mud Cake Mix Method using Creme Cake Muffin Mix

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Electric Mixer
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Bakels Creme Cake Muffin Mix
  • 5 Eggs (approx. 60g each)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 200 ml Vegetable Oil
  • 300 grams White Chocolate Melted

Instructions

  • Place the cake mix, water & eggs into a mixing bowl.
  • Blend for 1 minute on low speed & scrape down.
  • Mix Vegetable oil into the melted chocolate
  • Blend on second speed for 2 minutes while pouring in chocolate & oil mix.
  • Bake at 140-160 Degrees until golden on top and it springs back when pushed on top
  • Use a skewer to ensure its cooked through.
